- “Pincers will hurt more than just your pride.”
- – Game description
Trog Punctures are enlarged versions of the Trog Pinchers that appear in the Lost City of Arkus, frequently in Heroic Challenges and in the Crystal Caverns. Trog Pinchers can be transformed into Trog Punctures by Trogmanders, significantly increasing their health and damage output. If the Trogmander is defeated, they shrink down to Trog Pinchers again. There are Trog Punctures which werent transformed by Trogmander, these are found in some Heroic Challenges, rarely in Giants Story Chapters and in Swap Force on the 3DS in the Crystal Caverns. Trog Punctures attack by approaching the Skylanders and striking with their massive pincers. Their attack patterns and function are very similar to those of the Rhu-Barbs from Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure.
