Trog Punctures are enlarged versions of the Trog Pinchers that appear in the Lost City of Arkus and commonly in Heroic Challenges. Trogmanders transform them from Trog Pinchers, substantially increasing their health points and damage output in the process.

Trivia

• Trog Punctures are often confused with Crystal Golems without crystals. However, there are notable differences between the two enemies; Trog Pinchers are lighter, have no hands, and attack differently.

• In the final game and official strategy guide, nowhere are big trog pinchers ever again referred to as Trog Punctures
• In the game's alpha versions. Trog Punctures had an Unused Skystone, which was identical to that of the Trog Wanderers.
• There are some Trog Punctures that are naturally big without the help of a Trogmander which are most common in Heroic Challenges.
