Clam Bunkers are turrets on gigantic clam buildings, that were built atop islands by the Trolls to steal rare eggs from Flamencole to feed to the Pterashark. The Clam Bunkers are used to keep the Flamencoles in place by shooting them with missiles and to store the stolen Flamencole eggs inside. The Sky Vehicle mission involves taking down the Clam Bunkers to save the rare eggs of the Flamencoles.
