Battleship Bullies are advanced variations of Battleship Bulwarks, encountered in the Sky Eater. They have more health, deal more damage and shoot without the help of an visor. They are not protected by shields from the Storm Sequencer, which is why they lack crystals which the Battleship Bulwarks had during the fight with the Storm Spawner.
