Water Spell Punks are a variety of Spell Punks that wield the element of Water. They can summon large drops of water and freezes a Skylander if they stand on one for too long when they cast the spell.
In Skylanders: Swap Force, Water Spell Punks bestow cold powers to nearby enemies that freezes Skylanders. They have only made appearances in certain Bonus Missions.
In Skylanders: SuperChargers, Water Spell Punks attack by firing snowballs into the air at Skylanders.
In Skylanders: Battlecast, Water Spell Punks have the ability to Hydrocraft, summoning two Water Elemental Spell Cards, and always carry a Hydro Wand, which allows them to attack alongside such spells.
