Abilities

In Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, Earth Spell Punks have the ability to summon magical armor around other nearby enemies so that enemies can block attacks more frequently.

In Secret Agent Secrets, as part of Spellslamzer's army, they possessed strong earth magic, as they could summon huge rocky formations to attack Spitfire while driving the Hot Streak.

In Skylanders: Battlecast, Earth Spell Punks have the ability to Stonecraft, summoning two Earth Elemental Spell Cards, and always carry an Earth Wand, which allows them to attack alongside such spells.

Trivia

  • In the Official Strategy Guide for Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, it is stated that Earth Spell Punks deal 45 damage, even though they have no way of dealing direct damage.
  • There is a lone Earth Spell Punk that appears behind an elemental gate in Goo Factory. This is rather humorous and ironic, as Tech Spell Punks are strangely absent from the Tech-Themed levels, making this Earth Spell Punk the only Spell Punk to appear in a tech-themed level.
  • If Wrecking Ball eats an enemy shielded by an Earth Spell Punk, the orbiting rocks of the shield effect will remain in the spot where the enemy died.
  • Earth and Tech Spell Punks are the only two elements that haven't returned since the first game, with the exception of their Spyro's Adventure models in Battlecast.
