The Boulder Bowler was planned to be an enemy in Skylanders: Giants but was scrapped from the final game for reasons unknown. Despite its absence, it does appear as a Skystone and makes a full appearance in the Skylanders: Giants version of Master Eon's Official Guide.[1]
Appearance
The Boulder Bowler is a unknown species of plant life with a green body and bright orange hands. It has big red eyes with black pupils, two sharp teeth sticking up from the lower jaw, and leaves decorating the head. It is small in stature, and its cry is high pitched and imp-like.

Trivia
Despite its name, the Boulder Bowler doesn't actually ride on a boulder as shown in its Skystone sequence while playing Skystones.
The early version of the Boulder Bowler shows a large Chompy enemy, and when it attacks, it starts to crouch as if preparing to launch and bite, only to roll up and spin rapidly while spikes envelop it, and then it rolls forward to attack.
