Adventure Pack
Adventure Packs are special toy figures that you can buy to unlock new levels in the Skylanders series. They are also included with a Skylander and two magic items. If used in the corresponding game's Hub, they unlock a new chapter. If used in a level or in games after its release, they shoot fireballs(or ghosts or ice depending on the location piece) from the sky, then cause a shockwave that deals 999 damage to all enemies on-screen. (Note: It deals less damage on bosses).
In Skylanders: Imaginators, the physical contents of Adventure Packs is similar to that of Expansion Packs in Trap Team. A Sensei, the Adventure Pack figure and a Creation Crystal.
