Creation Clash

Creation Clash is the Skystones game played in Skylanders: Imaginators. It is inspired by the original Skystones minigame, which was first seen in Skylanders: Giants and later revamped in the 3DS version of Skylanders: Trap Team. Unlike the original Skystones, however, the cards in Creation Clash feature Senseis instead of enemies, and the decks and strength of the stones are different from opponent to opponent rather than built by the player and the opponent.

Trivia

• Creation Clash Skystones are made of a plastic-like material rather than stone and glass (in the original), only stones (in Skystones Smash) and thin rock-like chips (in Skystones Overdrive); possibly indicating the usage of lighter materials as new versions of the game were created.
• After winning against them, some NPCs comment on your Creation Clash skills, theorising that you may have already played the game under a different name as a direct reference to the fact that Creation Clash is functionally identical to the original Skystones.
• Creation Clash was planned since Skylanders: Trap Team, but was replaced with Skystones Smash for unknown reasons, still having its original name of Skystones.
• The Inhabitants of Thumpin' Wumpa Islands call it Skystones.
• In the Tutorial against Madame Weebleton the Board has an different backround
• In the Tutorial, Madame Weebleton doesnt use Stones based on Senseis, but instead Chompy Stones which are never used in any other Creation Clash deck again.
