Shrink Pods[1] are plants that shoot purple projectiles which follow the Skylander and if hit will cause them to shrink for a short period of time. They take half the inflicted damage.

- They share the same model as the purple Chompy Pods from Darklight Crypt, a model that would later be reused for Root Runners. (However, Shrink Pods lack spikes on their model.)
- Their projectiles don't shrink the Skylander in Swap Force.
