Is it true that if you use your recommended skystones you win more Skystones more frequently?

A couple of questions
Really? Bark Demon Skystone not obtainable? Not sure about that - my brother says one of his friends has that skystone. Not sure if that's the truth, but is there any proof of not being able to obtain the Bark Demon Skystone?
Anyway, what's a Boulder Bowler? There's a skystone of them, but they're not mentioned on this wiki.

A fourth question
Eh, a lot to know, right? Well I now think all the Skystones you don't win the first time (out of completely unique ones) can be won by ANYONE. Well maybe apart from anyone in Cutthroat Carnival, but other than that, everyone. Most notably Freebot 002, Bert, Criggler, Freebot 001 and Catherine.
Here are the skystones I think can be won by anyone:
- Root Runner
- Trogmander
- Arkeyan Shield Juggernaut
- Crystal Golem
- Slobbering Mutticus
Maybe certain non-unique ones can be won by anyone, too, like Drow Lance Master 4 and Jawbreaker 5.
