Werewolves are large humanoid wolves in the Skylanders franchise. Much larger than Seadogs or regular wolf characters, they appear to be identified by their brown fur and large snouts, though only two werewolves are currently known.

- Despite being a regular wolf, Flare Wolf's name is a pun on the word werewolf.
- Enough anger can result in transforming into an Werewolf, evident with Wolfgang, who used to be a musician of an unknown species before transforming into a Werewolf due to inner rage.
- Though Sal and Wolfgang have two colors of brown fur, the Werewolf Set from Undead Creation Crystals is a single shade of dark brown.
