Bone Chompies are skeletal Chompies in Skylanders: Giants. Like their normal cousins, they use their teeth to attack their prey. However, this variation has bone teeth. Bone Chompies are introduced attacking Norticus, during the Time of the Giants.

In Skylanders: Trap Team, a Bone Chompy is a trappable villain.

In Skylanders: SuperChargers, much like Armored Chompies in other games, they have a counterpart called Bonehead Chompies.

  • Though Bone Chompies were only introduced officially in Giants, they can be found in a few selected Heroic Challenges in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure.
  • In the footage from Lava Lance Eruptor's Soul Gem preview video, Armored Bone Chompies can be seen wearing orange helmets. In the final game, however, their helmets are a darker blue/green.
