King Chompy the Eighth[1] is a single enemy encountered at the start of Skylanders: SuperChargers. He is found inside a hidden vault of Count Moneybone's fleet in the Rift to Skylands is crossed.
King Chompy the Eighth is a very large regular Chompy wearing a royal crown guarding a Random Treasure Chest. Despite being one of the first enemies fought in the game, his bite is as powerful as his size, and in higher difficulties he can defeat a less durable Skylander easily, as he has more health than his subjects. However, he is much slower to turn than regular Chompies, allowing a fair battle.

- Unlike Chompy Mage's jumbo form and Big Bertha Bubblethorn's appearance, King Chompy the Eigth lacks the back spikes and has much bigger jaws.
- Later in the Level, there are three other Chunky, but uncrowned Chompies in the Land Vehicle Zone.
