Red Chompies are a variant of Chompies seen in the level Pirate Seas in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. Just like Black Chompies, it acts the same as a regular Chompy, the red color being the only difference.
In Skylanders: Giants, slightly larger Red Chompies pilot Chompy Bot 9000s, and can fire green and red Chompies, but only Red Chompies can attack after being fired. When you defeat the robot, the Red Chompy piloting it will attack the player.
