Owls are birds which are rarely encountered throughout the series. In Skylanders: Giants in Crusher's Heroic Challenge multiple Owls have to be resued and brought back into their nests.
In Skylanders: Swap Force, there are similar creatures called Screechers which reside in Fantasm Forest. Some of the Screechers became evilized during Kaos's attack on the Fantasm Forest. Hoot Loop, an anthromorphic Owl, is part of the SWAP Force.
