Trivia
- It is possible through some pushing and well-timed low-damage knock-back attacks to push them on to bounce pads, causing them to bounce in the air repeatedly, as they can’t move to get off the bounce pad, or even push them off the edge of the world entirely, defeating them instantly.
- In Giants, they are replaced with Root Runners.
- They bare a resemblance to the Xenomorph eggs in the Alien movies.
- They are also similar to Candypop Buds from Pikmin.
