Kaos's Warships are flying ships, used by Kaos for large attacks. In Swap Force Pirate Greebles attacked the Iron Jaw Gulch, near the Glass Hat, with one Warship along with an fleet of Greeble Airships. In the Level it has to be taken out with 2 Greeble Airships by the Skylander. In Level Fantasm Forrest, Kaos uses an Warship to bring Trolls and Trolls piloting Greeble Bombers to the Tree Spirit and surrounding area of the Fantasm Forrest. The Warship also has an starting Area for Kaos's Bomber. During Kaos's Boss Fight in the Cloudbreak Core in Kaos's brain, Kaos thinks of an Warship. In the Frost Elf Ship Battle Arena, an Frost Elf Ship is attacked by several Warships.
In SuperChargers, Kaos Forces used Fighterships and Warships to conquer the the Cloudbreather's Crag. In the Sky Vehicle Zone, 2 Warships come to destroy the front temple on the Cloudbreather Dragon. They shoot torpedos at the temple and the Skylanders, these need to be taken out before they can destroy the temple.

- In Swap Force, the Warships have an propeller, while in SuperChargers they lack one.
