This alternate counterpart of Master Eon appears in Days of Future Crash in an alternate timeline where Skylands is ruled by Glumshanks. He was among the Skylanders that got defeated and frozen by King Glumshanks and later rescued by Eruptor, Spyro and Crash Bandicoot.

Master Eon is confused about the entire timeline situation and remained confused after Dark Spyro and Eruptor left.
Story
Master Eon’s history was the same as his main timeline counterpart until the events of Days of Future Crash after Glumshanks took over Skylands with the help of Kaossandra’s Book of Dark Magic.
