The Underworld is a dark, brooding area in the lower parts of Skylands. Residents of the Undead reside here, including Cynder and Malefor, the Undead Dragon King of the Cadaverous Crypts.

- A mall store by the name of "Vampire's Secret" is stationed somewhere in the Underworld. It is a play on the women's products store "Victoria's Secret".
