Evil Flynn is the evil counterpart of Flynn in the Mirror of Mystery in Skylanders: Trap Team. Equally egotistical and clumsy as his regular counterpart, but rude and violent, Evil Flynn attempts to stop the Skylanders by destroying the Trolls' mechs and bombing the Skylanders after they destroy Evil Persephone's treehouse. When they reach Evilon, he attempts to battle them with his airship, only to be shot down and crash into his master, seemingly destroying them both. His catchphrase is, "Doom!" instead of, "Boom!"
