The Evil Pyro Archer is the evil duplicate of Flameslinger and one of Kaos’ minions. In Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, he is the first of three bosses fought at the end of Lava Lakes Railway, where he and the other two minions must be defeated in order to collect the Eternal Fire Source. The Evil Pyro Archer also appears during the final battle with Kaos at Castle Blackthrone.

In Skylanders: Giants, three Evil Pyro Archers appear simultaneously within the Fire Battle area of the Fire Elemental Gate in the Lost City of Arkus.
