Lurchins[1] are massive, round urchins that first appeared on Sheep Wreck Island as invincible and immobile hazards. In the 3DS version, they reappear as immobile hazards are later used to shoot Vortex Monster and defeat it. the In Skylanders: Imaginators they are found in Shellmont Shores. Though at first they appear to be a simple hazard, they wake up when Skylanders come near, and attempt to attack with their spikes.

In Imaginators, Lurchins can only be attacked and defeated while sleeping; most Lurchins are stationary, while some move around in circles. In one of Brain's Missions with the Battleship, there are large Lurchins which act as stationary enemies to the Battleship and can be defeated with the explosive shells of the Battleship.
