Petri is a Gillman and appears in Skylanders: Trap Team in Secret Sewers of Supreme Stink. Centuries ago, his Gillmen kind locked themselves in the Secret Sewers of Supreme Stink to escape from the Great Germ Outbreak. He only speaks breifly from the arena stand.
