Rilo is a storm giant who appears in Skylanders: SuperChargers in The Cloud Kingdom. He is the one who initiates the Land Vehicle mission within the level. After the Skylanders blow the Stormhorn and clear the fog created by Stratosfear, he reminds them that their work isn't quite done and that they also need to take down Stratosfear. He also rolls his eyes at Lord Stratosfear's declaration towards the Skylander.
