LightCore Skylanders are playable characters in the upcoming game of Skylanders: Giants. These charcters light up without batteries when placed near the Portal of Power, and their attacks, unlike their normal counterparts, are brighter and stronger. All Giants are lightcore, but don't have light attacks.
