Rumbletown is the third chapter in Skylanders: Giants. In the level, you must find a hermit called Ermit. However, a Goliath Drow called Brock uses the Hermit as bait to lure the Skylanders into his arena.
Description
Rumbletown is a rowdy town built on grassy islands that are covered with bridges, gates, banners, and houses. Several colors fill its vivid sky; the bottom is pink and purple-blue, fading into pink and orange clouds. Drow are the primary inhabitants of Rumbletown, although Ermit and Quigley live here as well.

Trivia
- In the first Life Elemental Gate and later in the level, Rumbletown reuses the orb-hitting switch mechanic that was first used to lower gates in Crystal Eye Castle.
- Strangely, if you enter the Weed Whisper Home Life gate and ignore the enemies in Noggin-Knock Village, the Life elemental gate music will play even though you are not in a Life gate. This glitch stops given enough time.
- This is the only chapter in the Skylanders franchise in which an Elemental Gate (in this case, the Undead gate) has two exits.
- In the alpha version of Skylanders: Giants, Rumbletown was called "Rescue the Hermit."
- Early in development, a seadog named Criggler appeared in the Guarded Tower instead of Quigley.[1]
- In the alpha version of this level, a large Mabu-shaped balloon floated next to the Sky Docks.[2] However, this balloon was removed from the final game, possibly on account of its disconcerting appearance.
