The Phantom Tide is the name of the fearsome ship sailed by Captain Frightbeard and his pirate crew. It is also known as the very ship where Thumpback spent his pirating days onboard. Shortly after Thumpback's departure, the Arkeyans banished the pirate crew of The Phantom Tide into the Chest of Exile. It made its full appearance in the 3DS version of Skylanders: Giants when Captain Frightbeard escapes from the chest to resume his terror upon Skylands.
