The Evil Phoenix Dragon is the dark version of Sunburn and one of Kaos' Minions. He is the second of three bosses at the end of the Lava Lakes Railway level. Evil Phoenix Dragon and the other two minions must be defeated in order to collect the Eternal Fire Source.
