Skully is a talking skull in Skylanders: Swap Force. The Skylanders encounter Skully behind an Undead Elemental Gate where he tells them that the Greebles have stolen his top hat. Once the Greebles are defeated and Skully gets his top hat back, he gives the Skylanders a Glittering Tiara.
