The Evil Pyro Archer is the evil version of Flameslinger and one of Kaos’ minions. He is the first of three bosses at the end of the Lava Lakes Railway level. Evil Pyro Archer and the other two minions must be defeated in order to collect the Eternal Fire Source. This evil version of Flameslinger shoots five arrows in a row, then dashes to a new location and fires again.
In Skylanders: Giants, three Evil Pyro Archers appear simultaneously within the Fire Battle area of the Fire Elemental Gate in the Lost City of Arkus. Initially, each archer shoots a single arrow before pausing. When one is defeated, the remaining two increase their attack rate, firing two arrows in a row before pausing. Finally, when only one archer remains, it fires three arrows in a row before pausing.
The archers occasionally unleash a charged-up Inferno Blast arrow that leaves a flame trail. They will walk around the battlefield without using the Flame Dash ability until only one archer remains, at which point the lone archer begins using the Flame Dash.

Trivia
- He, along with the Evil Ninja Minion and the Evil Witch Minion are the only evil versions of elven Skylanders.
- However, Evil Pyro Archer is the only evil version of a male elven Skylander.
- In Giants, they appear darker in color compared to their appearance in Spyro's Adventure, yet their health bar icon still retains their original look.
