The Evil Phoenix Dragon is the dark version of Sunburn and one of Kaos' Minions. He is the second of three bosses at the end of the Lava Lakes Railway level. Evil Phoenix Dragon and the other two minions must be defeated in order to collect the Eternal Fire Source.
This dark version of Sunburn breathes a deadly stream of fire. He can teleport near available Skylanders and leave a burning disc under their feet.
Evil Phoenix Dragon appears again in Skylanders: Giants, this time in the Fire Elemental Gate in Glacier Gully as an ambush mini-boss.
