The Cloud Citadel is the fortress of the mysterious Weather Wizard and the source of his powers in Cynder Confronts the Weather Wizard. The building has intricate machinery and weather control systems that allowed him to terrorize the Isle of the Dead with pleasant weather, a terrifying visage made of clouds, and escape before any flying creatures could reach it. Unknown to the Skylanders until much later, it also houses an area for plant conservation, where the Amazing, Fantastic, Incredible, Surprising, Unfathomable, All-Coloured Rose and its last seed were kept.
