Westminster is a male Wilikin who appears in the Facadeville area of Wilikin Village. He asks the Skylanders to help defeat the enemies attacking their village. After they succeed, Westminster gratefully declares them true friends of the Wilikin and suggests heading to the neighboring village, where they make parts to fix their ship.
