Twisty Tunnels is the eighth chapter in Skylanders: Swap Force. In it, the Skylanders must save the Ancient Terrasquid, avoiding the attacks of Trolls and the flames of a Fire Viper summoned by Kaos.

Description

Twisty Tunnels is a dusty series of desert plateaus, sandy islands, and coiling Terrasquid tentacles. Luminescent coral grows from the ground in some places, and several caverns lie beneath the earth. The level uses moonlight lightning, while its pink-orange sky suggests an evening setting.

  • Even though it looks like the Terrasquid's tentacles are wrapped around the rocky islands, when you see the Terrasquid, you don't see her arms around the islands.
  • On the Wii version of SWAP Force, after the first evilizer crystal is broken, the tentacles are still purple and do not move.
  • If Wash Shadow completes the SNEAK Zone, his sword will become invisible.
  • In Swap Force's alpha, Twisty Tunnels reuses music from Stonetown.[1]
  • In the Nintendo Wii version of the game, an Undead Spell Punks appears behind the dual elemental gate. It does not have to be defeated, however, in order to complete the gate's quest and achieve its reward.
