The Spooky Woods are a dark, foreboding woodland island that is inhabitated by living, scary trees. It is the first level in the Ancient Woods world in the 3DS version of Skylanders: Swap Force.
The Fairies are the caretakers of the living trees in the Woods, but they were captured by forces of Count Moneybone, leaving the trees being drained of their magic. The living trees, at their darkest hour due to the pollution and the lack of magic, thank the Skylanders for their assistance and tell them to look for the imprisoned fairies.
