The Evil Water Dragon is the evil version of Zap and one of Kaos’ Minions. He is the first of the three bosses at the end of the Leviathan Lagoon level. Evil Water Dragon and the other two minions must be defeated in order to collect the Eternal Water Source.
This evil version of Zap slides across the battle arena and spits out three thunderbolts.
In Skylanders: Giants, you get ambushed by three Evil Water Dragons if you chose the door to the Trial of Elements: Water in The Oracle level.
