Otoro is a yellow Gillman who appeared in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. Alongside Gurglefin, he was one of the few Gillman who escaped the Trolls after they took over Oilspill Island.

Otoro returns in Skylanders: Giants, where he is found by a Water Elemental Gate in Troll Home Security and shares the same character design as Gurglefin.
