The Evil Water Dragon is the evil duplicate of Zap and one of Kaos’ Minions. In Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, he is the first of the three bosses at the end of Leviathan Lagoon. The Evil Water Dragon and the other two minions must be defeated in order to collect the Eternal Water Source. The Evil Water Dragon also appears during the final battle with Kaos at Castle Blackthrone.
In Skylanders: Giants, three of the Evil Water Dragon appear in an ambush if the door to the Trial of Elements: Water is chosen in The Oracle level.
Abilities
Like Zap, the Evil Water Dragon moves around using Sea Slime Slide, leaving a trail of slime behind him. Once he stops, he fires three bolts of electricity from his Lightning Breath.

- The Evil Water Dragon is the first boss fought in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, and therefore the first boss in the entire Skylanders series.
- The Official Strategy Guide for Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure incorrectly states that the Evil Water Dragon is a evil version of Spyro, not Zap.
- He and the Evil Phoenix Dragon are the only evil versions of dragon Skylanders.
- He and the Evil Eruptor are the only two evil Skylanders in Giants to be in the same level (The Oracle).
