Cookie is is a Mabu Chef in Skylanders: Trap Team. He is encountered in the Smorgasbord area of Chef Zeppelin. His job is to wrangle all the Chompies, where he often gets bitten. Cookie gives the 'Free the Chompies' Villain Quest, where he enlists Chompy Mage to free the Chompies while passing their escape off as an 'accident.'
