Otoro is a yellow Gillman who appeared in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. Alongside Gurglefin, he was one of the few Gillman who escaped the Trolls after they took over Oilspill Island.
Otoro returns in Skylanders: Giants, where he is found by a Water Elemental Gate in Troll Home Security and shares the same character design as Gurglefin.

- Otoro's name comes from the Japanese word otoro, which is the culinary term for the fattiest part of the belly area of bluefin tuna that is greatly desired for sushi.
- In his appearance in Skylanders: Giants by the Water Gate in Troll Home Security, Otoro has unique dialogue for Giants as opposed to Core Skylanders.
