NikNak is a Yeti who resides in NikNak's Hobnob, a building in Hooplaberg, located on Frostfest Mountains. NikNak is in charge of one of the village's volcano games, a memory challenge where the Skylanders must memorize symbols and match them on machines. If the Skylander successfully completes the game, NikNak rewards them with a dog chew toy, which can then be given to Bozker's Chillydog, Wibbles.

Trivia
- NikNak shares the displayed name "Puzzles" with another Yeti named Howzit, who is also in charge of a more difficult version of the memory game and resides in Slushville.
- NikNak's dialogue box changes his display name from "Puzzles" to "Puzzles the Yeti" when the player views the symbols. This does not happen to his counterpart in Slushville.
