Conlan is a Wilikin found in both Skylanders: Giants and Skylanders: Trap Team in Wilikin Village and Wilikin Workshop respectively. In Giants he challenges the Skylanders to a game of Skystones. While in Trap Team he is found next to a train track where he asks if the Skylanders want to pull a switch which will open a gate and activate trains.
