Lava Kings are large lava monsters in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure that first appear in Molekin Mine (or in Troll Warehouse in the PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360 version). Lava Kings primarily attack by spewing Flame Imps, which swarm the Skylanders. However, when engaged in close combat, they unleash powerful flamethrowers from their arms.

Trivia
- Lava Kings bear a strong resemblance to Eruptor, as they are all lava monsters. They also share the same walking animations and similar sounds.
- In the PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360 version, Lava Kings and Flame Imps are the only enemies in Spyro’s Adventure to have an enemy introduction in two different levels, as they have one behind the Fire Elemental Gate in Troll Warehouse and one in Molekin Mine.
- The Official Strategy Guide for Spyro's Adventure claims that Lava Kings have 105 HP and deal 109 damage.
