The Gillman Councillor is one of the village officials of Woodburrow next to the Chieftess and the Yeti Councillor. When frightened, she burps out bubbles.
The Skylanders were able to save the Gillman Councillor, the Chieftess, and the Yeti Councillor when they were being held by the Greebles at Cascade Glade.
Trivia
- She is currently the only known female Gillman to appear in the series.
- Although she is a female, her voice resembles that of a male's.
