Bob is a minor character in Skylanders: Swap Force who is said to be a Geargolem but resembles greatly to the K-Bot Mineminers. A Gillman rewired him so his attitude isn't as mean as other Geargolems. The Skylanders once had to go retrieve some parts so the Gillman could finish building him.
