Riggs is a Molekin encountered in Drill-X's Big Rig, outside the Earth Elemental Gate. He explains that Drill-X tried to excavate the area but failed. Riggs speculates that the ground might be enchanted, possibly due to the magical hat buried there.
Trivia
- Riggs' name appears to be a subtle nod to Diggs, with the addition of referencing his job working on a rig.
