Rocky is a character in Skylanders: Trap Team. He is a Molekin that is encountered on Chompy Mountain and runs K-TROLL: a Troll radio station. Rocky holds the "Villain Quest" called "The Cold Front" where he needs Chill Bill (who used to host a radio show in college) to broadcast his voice on K-TROLL.
