In ''[[Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure]]'', he is the first of the three bosses at the end of [[Leviathan Lagoon]], where he and the other [[Evil Amphibious Gillman|two]] [[Evil Ice Yeti|minions]] must be defeated in order to collect the [[Eternal Source#Eternal Water Source|Eternal Water Source]]. The Evil Water Dragon also appears during the final battle with Kaos at [[Lair of Kaos|Castle Blackthrone]].

The Evil Water Dragon is the evil duplicate of Zap and one of Kaos’ minions.
