Spider Spitters are pod-like enemies first seen in the Crawling Catacombs. These pods spit out Skitterbooms and will only stop once they are destroyed.
Spider Spitters return in Skylanders: Giants, appearing in The Oracle, though they don’t have an introduction scene. They now spit out Spiderlings as Skitterbooms are replaced by Spiderlings in Giants.
